Location

As you drive into Downtown Clermont, its locally known moniker – gem of the hills – comes to life. Tucked between rolling hills and a lakeside vista, we feel worlds away from the rest of Florida but we’re easy to reach from Highway 27, State Road 50, and Florida’s Turnpike.

Miles and miles of sun-kissed trails

South Lake and Lake Minneola Scenic Trail

The 13-mile South Lake Trail (also known as Lake Minneola Scenic Trail) is known for its hills, lakes, and stunning elevated and expansive vistas. The trail is also part of a larger network called the Florida Coast-to-Coast Trail (C2C), which is currently under development and once completed, will stretch from the east to west coasts of Florida, from Titusville to St. Petersburg. The public beach at Waterfront Park lures you in with cool water and trailside amenities including restrooms and picnic tables while any of the side streets leading away from the lake will deliver you to the heart of Downtown Clermont.
