Founded in April 2022, Clermont Main Street II is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation created with a mission to bring Clermont together through active community engagement that revitalizes our historic downtown, celebrates our history, fosters innovation and creativity, and grows our local economy for the benefit and enjoyment of residents and visitors alike. We accomplish that by working with local businesses, residents, local government, and others to promote Downtown as a destination through special events and other community activities. Today, CMS represents over 50 businesses and hosts over 3 major events held on the City of Clermont streets and right-of-way.
Clermont Main Street is seeking proposals for special / large event planning and implementation services. The intent of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and select an experienced planning consultant, agency, or team that will be responsible for support, coordination, planning, and execution of 5 or more extraordinary events, including large-scale outdoor productions and significant gatherings that are family and pet-friendly.

- February 3, 2024 – Health & Wellness Expo/Celebration/Games
- February 17, 2024 – Brews & BBQ
- March 16-17, 2024 – Irish Arts & Music Festival
- October 19, 2024 – Harvest Fest
- November 23, 2024 – Hometown Holidays
Other event coordination may include sourcing and acquiring musical and other talent to perform at piano and other arts & music block parties and street events.
